We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The direct access to the spa from our room was convenient and the spa and sauna world were exceptional. The Natural spa section, Turkish baths, and outdoor pools were particularly enjoyable. The breakfast and dinners were delicious, and we appreciated the helpful staff.

One of the highlights was the beautiful surroundings, allowing us to explore the nearby places easily. the spa facilities were top-notch, with an excellent selection of pools and saunas. We also enjoyed the convenience of using the chip payment system for meals and drinks by the pool.

I did notice some guests reserving beds early in the morning and not using them until much later in the afternoon, which was a bit frustrating.

During my Xmas vacation, I enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, being close to many popular sights and attractions. I also appreciated the beautiful decorations and festive atmosphere in the hotel during the holiday season. the spa services were quite relaxing and enjoyable.
